The only personal information which is gathered from this website is;
- your email address which you can choose to submit either as part of an enquiry or purchase order. If you submit your email address you are asked if you would like to join the mailing list. If you choose yes then you will receive occasional promotion and updates, and can easily unsubscribe at anytime. If you choose no your email address will only be used in direct relation to the reason you submitted it. No email addresses submitted to jeremypmartin.com will ever be deliberately distributed or used for anything other than business related to this website. I make every reasonable endeavour to protect this information but cannot guarantee against intentional misappropriation by third parties who don't have administrative or user rights on my server. Jeremy P Martin is currently the only person who has these rights.
- Street Address information is collected for use with a purchase order. This information is only used for the duration of, and purpose of processing your order. It is then discarded.
Any submissions you make to the voice of the people project (other than your personal information - email and name), become the property of Jeremy P Martin. If you include your name with your voice of the people submission it will appear in the project credits, unless you specify otherwise.
