Open
Mic in Kew
The
Open Mic in Kew is an event where performers, be they musicians, poets,
comedians, etc. will have a 15 minute time slot in which to do their
thing. All performers are advised to pre-book to play for a given Day.
Casual performers will usually get a chance on the day if there
aren't enough bookings. Where possible there will be a "headline" act,
performing a longer set. For more information and bookings contact
Jeremy on 0410 281961 and mail@jeremypmartin.com. Either way come along
for some fun and some home
grown music and entertainment.

Open Mic in
Kew Soiree.
Thanks to
everyone who made the Open Mic in Kew Autumn Soiree a huge success. We
were all so busy having a blast that nobody thought to take a photo.
Tim had set up his small PA with fold back, and some red and green fill
lights. There was rows of seats and some couches. 12 or so performers
made for a great and diverse selection of muisc, from jazz piano,
through singer songwriters, pausing at feature artist Tim Warmington
and ending up with some J.S. Bach for solo violin. Yes siree, great
stuff. The next soiree will be Tuesday 3rd June
