Discography

This is a catalogue of all my releases to date.

The picture on the left is of some concrete with the 'fossilised' impression of a leaf in it. A bit like a CD really, a moment in time captured for the future, or until someone digs up the concrete. Maybe the concrete will actually get fossilised one day and then someone will unearth it in a million years, or maybe they'll find this photo, or one of my albums.

Some of the albums below are 'out of print' (oops). So you won't find them anywhere but here or in the hands of someone who has bought it. You can purchase any of the CD's here.

Level Up, 2008

Level Up is a return to the days of my album Deeper in so far as it's a pretty diverse collection of music. It ranges from acoustic ballad, through jazzy spoken word, narrowly dodges country rock, echos Primary Jet Men with some alternative pop, and emerges battered, bruised and all the richer into some chill out electronica. Listen to a sample.

Primary Jet Men, 2004

Primary Jet Men is my greatest album to date. It's sizzling psychedelic folk pop, it's soul music, It's everything that I believe to be of value in an album. In this world where you can download your latest favourite tune to you phone, the album seems to be a bit of a dinosaur of a concept. This albums' value is in the journey which it takes you on. I love this album and I enjoy it's journey immensly, I still get chills down my spine when I arrive at the last track, Fire For The Dawn. This album is about 45 mins long and I recon it's ideal for popping on in the car when you're driving somewhere 45 mins away. Listen to a sample.

Sacville Off Gold, 2001

.Sackville Off Gold was recorded on Sackville St. just round the corner from Gold St, Collingwood, in the front hallway of Hilton's flat. It was done super duper au naturale. As the liner notes say, 'WARNING - this recording contains real ambience and blatant humanity. Recorded in mono, live to disk @ The Collingwood Hilton 23-25 May 2001, using a Sony minidisk walkman(hold your mouth right to get it to record), Peavey KB/A 30 mixer amp and AKG D880 microphone. Jeremy uses a Takamine & Larrivée guitars, executive model tin Kazoo, Reebok runners, The Yellow Pages(K-Z), boom mic stand, standard issue human vocal chords, squeeze type mop and gaffer tape. For your purest listening pleasure this recording features no splicing, dicing or post production.' This is about as honest as it gets. Listen to a sample sample. This EP is currently out of print.

Deeper, 1998

This is not actually my first album, but it is the earliest one that is still available to purchase. It is a dynamic collection of folk, electronica and rock. Prior to this I had been making industrial, thrashy, indie type sounds. Deeper was the first release with my then, new found love of the acoustic guitar. This album really sheds some light on the beginning of the current phase of my journey as a musician and artist. Listen to a sample. This Album is currently out of print.
